I began my yoga journey when I was 23, committing to being the most empowered, loving, and balanced version of myself. I was born and raised in Hong Kong, now a mother to two beautiful girls and a wife to a wonderful husband. I have a wild heart that loves to explore and happiest with sand beneath my feet. I have a burning desire to spread my love, dedication, and passion for yoga everywhere I go.
 

I have an artistic soul and enjoy spending my time creatively learning. Health is my priority and sustainability is my undertaking.

Prenatal Teacher Training; 100-Hour IYA

Since first attending Faris' vinyasa group class in 2018, I've been motivated to practise more. I began taking Faris' private class in early 2020 and she has helped me progress so quickly as she focuses on my weaknesses and gives specific training. I can definitely observe noticeable differences in my body. I gained so much flexibility and strength!
